Why can’t I listen to your sample music online?

Our song clips are designed to play in the Apple QuickTime™ player, which you can get by clicking the picture below. All of the samples are standard MP3 files, so you can also right-click on the song title and click “Save Target As...” or “Save Link As...”. Then you should be able to play them in your MP3 player of choice.

Octavo Downloads

What do I need to download Octavos?

Our Octavo downloads are available in the PDF format. Due to licensing restrictions, all of these files are protected with the FileOpen plug-in for Adobe Acrobat™ or Adobe Reader™. You will need both Adobe Reader™ (or Adobe Acrobat™) and the FileOpen plug-in to download them. You must also be connected to the internet to download or print any materials.

Can I print multiples copies of my download Octavos?

You may print as many copies as you have purchased. Whether you print them one at a time or many at a time is your choice. When you have printed as many as you have purchased, you will need to place another order for more copies before printing again.

What if my printer has a problem while I am printing my download Octavos?

You may request that our web site allow a reprint one time per item if you experience printer problems while you are printing your order. If you have problems a second time, or if more than a few days have passed since you started printing your order, you may call customer service about allowing more reprints.

Why does my download ask me for a login?

If the login box says “User Authentication” at the top, you are seeing the FileOpen login. The FileOpen plug-in contacts our web site to ensure that you have purchased the right to the PDF that you are trying to print. The user name will be either your account number or the order reference from your order confirmation page. The password will be your current account password or the password you supplied during the checkout process. Note that user name and password are case sensitive.

If the login screen looks like a web page with lots of broken links and missing pictures, it is possible that you used the “Save As...” option after right clicking on the download link. Please try again by left clicking on the download link.

If you are using a download manager, it may have difficulty authenticating with our web site to download your materials. Please try disabling the download manager.

I want to use your music on a recording - may I?

If you would like to obtain permission to record any Rejoice Music, please contact our Permissions Coordinator.

Am I allowed to make copies of any of the music?

Rejoice Music materials are protected by copyright law. No part of any publication may be reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic or mechanical, including photocopying, recording, or any information storage and retrieval system, or by license from any collective or licensing body, without permission in writing from the publisher. We accept checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

What is your return policy?

Before returning any materials, please call for a Return Materials Authorization. (See our Contact information page.) CDs and DVDs are NOT refundable when opened. See our Ordering information page for more details.

What do I do if I receive a scratched or broken CD?

You may call customer service about receiving a replacement.

Availability

May I order music that I hear on RBN or on the Rejoice in the Lord telecast?

Most of the music available through Rejoice Music can be heard on the Rejoice in the Lord telecast. However, due to the wide variety of music and programs found on Rejoice Broadcast Network, we are not able to carry all of the music heard on those stations.

How can I find the song that I am looking for?

You can use the “Search” feature at the top of this page to see if we have the song available.

Is every song available as a PDF or part rehearsal download?

Only certain songs are available as downloads. You can click on the “Downloads” tab to view all available downloads.

Part Rehearsals

Does the part rehearsal include all four parts, or just the part purchased?

Our part rehearsal downloads feature all parts together with the specific voice part louder than the other parts. (Example: The alto part rehearsal download would include all parts of the song with the alto part louder than the others.)

Is it a choir or one person singing the parts on the part rehearsal downloads?

For choral arrangements, multiple people generally sing each part. For trios and quartets, only one person sings each part.

Other

Why am I having problems viewing my account information online?

To protect your privacy online, our web site requires strong encryption (SSLv3, 128 bit encryption). Your web browser may not support this level of encryption or it may be disabled in your browser. Instructions for enabling strong encryption in some popular browsers are listed below.

  • Internet Explorer: Choose “Internet Options” from the “Tools” menu. Click the “Advanced” tab and scroll to the bottom of the list of settings. Make sure “Use SSL 3.0” or “Use TLS 1.0” is checked. Click “OK” to apply your changes.
  • Netscape Navigator: Choose “Preferences” from the “Edit” menu. Choose “SSL” from the “Privacy & Security” category. Make sure “Enable SSL version 3” is checked. Click “OK” to apply your changes.
  • Firefox: Choose “Options...” from the “Tools” menu (or “Preferences” from the “Firefox” menu if on MacOS X). Click the “Advanced” icon. Make sure “Use SSL 3.0” under the “Security” category is checked. Click “OK” to apply your changes.

My church is tax exempt. How do I get tax removed from my order?

If exempt from sales tax, please send us a copy of your resale or exemption certificate. A sales tax exemption certificate must be on file with Rejoice Music for your church to not be charged tax. (See our Contact information page.)
